Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition in which you received them, including all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required to process a return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or Special-Order Products: Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Sale or Clearance Items: Products purchased during final sales or clearance promotions may not qualify for returns.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

3. Return Procedure

  1. Contact Us: Before sending anything back, please contact our customer support team at support@supergearperformance.com with your order details.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or instructions on how to proceed. Returns without an RMA number or prior approval may be refused.
  3. Ship Your Item: Carefully repackage the product to avoid damage during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  4. Confirmation & Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email if your return is approved or if there are any issues.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchange Window: Exchanges must be requested within the same 30-day period.
  • Product Availability: If the new item is not in stock, we will offer a suitable alternative or a full refund (for the returned item’s value).
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you received an item that is defective or damaged, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or provide a refund at no additional cost.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
  • Partial Refunds: If an item shows signs of use or damage upon arrival at our facility, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.
  • Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

6. Shipping Fees & Restocking

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item, unless it is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a manufacturer defect.
  • Restocking Fee: Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee. If applicable, this fee will be clearly communicated to you before we process the return.

7. International Returns

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees on returned items.
  • Shipping Label: We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders unless the item was received defective or damaged.
