Returns

We are not liable for any items lost, stolen, or damaged due to the actions or negligence of FedEx or any other parcel service.

Unless your order qualifies for return shipping covered by us (please see Returns & Refund for details), you are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
