Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you place an order directly on supergearperformance.com and encounter any issues with your order, we will do our utmost to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. If you placed your order through an authorized dealer, please contact them directly.


 

30-Day Returns and Exchanges

Exchange

Please inspect your item carefully upon receipt and before installation. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Important Notice:

Items that have been installed, attempted to be installed, or used are not eligible for return or exchange. The item must remain in brand-new condition.

Shipping Costs & Responsibility: 

1. Exchanges for Personal Preference

If you request an exchange due to personal reasons (e.g., you dislike the color/style, changed your mind, or ordered the wrong model), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Label: For your convenience, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Cost Deduction: Please note that the cost of this return label will be deducted from your exchange balance.

2. Defective Items or Our Error

If the exchange is due to a product defect, damage during transit, or if we sent the wrong item, we will cover all shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. 

Exchange Process:

Take Photos: Please take clear photos showing the issue (for defects) or proving the item is currently in brand-new condition.

Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number or receipt ready (available in your website order history).

Send Email: Email the photos, order number, and a description of the issue to support@supergearperformance.com.

Email Subject Line: Please use "Exchange Request + [Your Order Number]".

Review & Processing: We will review your request upon receipt.

Once approved, we will provide you with the specific return address (or the shipping label).

After we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our criteria, we will ship your replacement item.


 

Returns

You may also return items within 30 days of delivery if they are uninstalled, unused, and free of defects, for any reason. A 20% restocking fee will apply, and all shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns also require a valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase. Please email support@supergearperformance.com with the subject line “Returns Request + [Your Order Number], include a brief description.

Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error or a product defect, shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.


 

International Returns

Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees related to returns.

Bulk Orders: If you are placing a large-volume order, please contact us to discuss shipping options.

Return Labels: We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
