Warranty Policy

If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we provide a one-year limited warranty.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Take clear photos showing the issue or defective area.

Email the photos to support@supergearperformance.com

  • Subject line: “Warranty Claim – [Your Website Order Number]”
  • In the email, please describe the issue in detail.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as issuing a return shipping label so you can send the item back for an exchange.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover, including but not limited to, the following:

  1. Incorrect, improper, or defective installation

  2. Misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification

  3. Installation on motorcycles not specified or approved for the product

  4. Damage caused by crashes, road debris, or wheel weights

  5. Damage caused by acidic cleaners or environmental exposure

  6. Normal wear and tear

  7. Cosmetic or surface finishes, including anodizing, plating, or paint

  8. Anodized finishes may fade or discolor over time; color retention is warranted for one (1) year only

  9. Repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than SuperGear Performance

  10. Products sold “as is”

All shipping costs related to warranty claims resulting from product defects are covered by us, and warranty service is provided at no charge.

Important Notes

The original product must be returned before a replacement is issued.

Non-warranty items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in the original packaging.

Do not return any items without prior approval, as this may delay or void the warranty or exchange process.
