Warranty Policy

NOTE: SuperGear Performance products are designed and engineered to be compatible with OEM fitments. SuperGear Performance does NOT GUARANTEE fitments with aftermarket and 3rd-Party offerings.

  • SuperGear Performance products are warranted against defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase
  • Incorrect or faulty installations are not covered under this warranty.
  • Delicate finishes such as anodized, plated, or painted surfaces are not covered under this warranty.***Anodized products will fade over time and may turn purple or change color due to sun exposure. All anodized parts are only guaranteed to hold their color for a maximum period of 1 year from date of purchase***
  • Products that have been abused, misused, modified, or improperly installed are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Exclusions：

The original purchaser can obtain warranty service by contacting the authorized retailer where the product was originally purchased, provided they submit proof of purchase. The buyer (you) is responsible for all return shipping, packaging, insurance, and other related costs.

The warranty period is calculated from the date of confirmed delivery.

The following circumstances are not covered under warranty: misuse, negligence, improper installation, impact damage, damage caused by wheel weights, damage to the chrome plating on wheels or accessories due to road debris or similar hazards, damage to the chrome plating from acidic cleaners, damage resulting from installation on motorcycles not specified for use, damage caused by repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than SuperGear Performance, and "as-is" products.

Please note: The buyer is purchasing a wheel rim accessory, and SuperGear Performance does not provide a DOT-certified complete wheel.

Products purchased through third-party sellers such as eBay or Amazon are not eligible for direct warranty coverage. While these platforms may offer their own protection policies, they are not considered authorized retailers for direct warranty claims. To ensure full warranty eligibility, we recommend purchasing from an authorized dealer or directly from our official website.

Warranty Claims

  1. Stop Use Immediately: If you suspect a defect, stop using the product right away.
  2. Contact Us: Call ‪(631) 600-3322 or email support@supergearperformance.com to report the issue.
  3. Inspection & Resolution: If the issue is deemed warrantable, a return shipping label will be provided. Upon inspection and confirmation, SuperGearperformance will repair or replace the product at no cost.
