The regulator provides 12 full rotations of adjustment, with a load capacity of 90-300 lbs, ensuring optimal performance whether you're riding solo or with a partner.

To adjust preload:

Turn the preload adjuster counterclockwiseto its softest position, then rotate clockwise to increase springpreload or counterclockwise to decrease spring preload.The adjuster provides 12 full turns of adjustment with 1.25mmper turn, offering a total adjustment range of 0-15mm.

Reference Standards：

Preload: Affects initial sag (adjust for rider weight/passenger load)
Compression Damping: Controls fork dive rate (firmer = reduces brake nose-down)
Rebound Damping: Manages extension speed (softer = minimizes bounce-back)

Where should the preload be placed?

It's time to fine-tune according to your riding style. Your fork capfeatures compression (COM, blue knob) and rebound (REB, red knob)adjusters that regulate your ride stability, The more you rotate them,the firmer the feedback becomes.The standard setting is achievedby turning clockwise until lightly seated/stopped, thencounterclockwise by 14 clicks. For fine-tuning, it's recommended toadjust in increments of 3 clicks, followed by a test ride.

Excellent Guidance as I Wait for the Right Color Kit”
I have not yet finalized my purchase, as I am waiting for the kit color I really want, which unfortunately is out of stock for a few days. However, the Customer Service team has guided me throughout the process and offered several solutions and combinations, which unfortunately do not work for me.
